Digital Graffiti

This digital installation features a variety of projections of different life-size trees. These trees adorn empty walls of residential buildings in Brooklyn, NY.

The addition of digitized trees to the urban landscape is meant to promote the planting of more trees in New York City. This project is also meant to combat the stigma attached to graffiti by attempting to create a new genre of public art. Called “digital graffiti,” it will serve as a new platform for artists from many mediums to showcase their work in public spaces.
